Pogo Pal Elmo is Elmo on a pogo stick. You hop them around and Elmo giggles and counts and stuff. Fisher-Price decided not to release this toy in the US; it was only available in Europe. Someone claimed that this was the only Sesame Street toy that actually created a new character but this is unconfirmed.
