This image was originally found in a Wendy's Kids' Meal toy: a small "book" titled Crazy Animals. It features a handful of cardboard pages, each of which has an animal pictured on both sides, and each of which is cut in half so that you may mix & match different heads with different bodies (hence the "crazy" distinction).
