Commemorative Postcard

This postcard was issued in 1987 to commemorate the 30th anniversary of Laika's flight. As soon as i figure out what country it's from, i'll add that info here. The caption on the back reads:

Primul satelit biologic "Sputnik 2" si catelusa Laika

The card is postmarked front and back with the text: "BOTOSANI 03.11.87 ~ PRIMA FIINTA VIE IN COSMOS LAIKA CU SPUTNIK2"
